Yorktown Reserve is opening for move-ins on June 1st! We are now Pre-leasing, and Hard Hat Tours will begin on February 16th. Explore your future apartment and see our community before it officially opens.

Please note that the building will still be under construction during the tour. You will have the opportunity to view three model units: a convertible, a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom. All guests must bring a physical, government-issued ID and wear closed-toe shoes (such as sneakers) that you don’t mind getting a bit dusty.

Our temporary leasing office is located at 

203 Yorktown Shopping Center, Suite #202, Lombard, IL 60148. We are near CycleBar and face Highland Road.

While we do not offer furnished apartments directly, residents can easily partner with local and national furniture rental companies to furnish their new home.

We currently offer flexible 12- to 14-month leases, giving you options to suit your lifestyle and moving plans.

Utilities are not included in the rent and are billed separately.

Yes, every unit has a washer and dryer.

Yes, our units are hardwired for both AT&T and Comcast.

Yes! Yorktown Reserve is pet-friendly, welcoming all breeds and sizes with no restrictions. Each apartment allows up to 2 pets per household, and a pet interview is required before move-in.

Yes. You may purchase renter’s insurance through any third-party agency (Allstate, State Farm, Geico, American Family Insurance, etc.).

Yorktown Reserve offers reserved parking exclusively in our attached parking garage. Monthly parking rates start at $180, providing convenient options for residents.
